Discovery
I focused on understanding the event, its goals, and the target audience. This involved reviewing the Guinness World Record objective, the cultural angle of Pool Fest NG, and what users needed most when visiting the platform.
Define
Key problems and goals were clearly outlined. I defined success around driving registrations, communicating event value, and making sponsorship benefits easy to understand.
UX Design
I mapped user journeys and structured the content to ensure clear navigation, fast access to information, and smooth ticket and registration flows.
UI Design
The visual direction emphasized boldness and energy to reflect the festival atmosphere while maintaining clarity and readability across all sections.
Delivery
Final designs were refined, reviewed, and prepared for handoff, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and readiness for development and launch.
