I faced constant changes in core elements such as a change in the record breaker, color palette, and overall website theme, especially after the logo was delivered late. These shifts required several design adjustments and quick turnarounds to maintain consistency and meet the deadline.

From this project, I learned the value of flexibility when project goals evolve, the importance of aligning early on branding elements like logos and colors, and how strong communication with organizers, developers, and sponsors keeps everything moving smoothly. Despite the challenges, the result was a successful launch that drew over 500 attendees and strengthened the event’s online presence.
